Japanese Miyuki® 15/o Delica Beads are cylindrical in shape and have very thin walls and large holes for their size. Because of their uniformity, they are perfect for loomwork, peyote stitch and brick stitch; giving the appearance of little tiles when finished.  Loose beads are packaged by weight in grams ("gm"). There are approximately 350 beads in 1 gram.

**METALLIC: refers to a shiny finish that gives a metal-like appearance. The finish may be applied as a baked-on paint or electroplated onto beads. Electroplated beads are more permanent than galvanized or baked-on surfaces, although over time the thin gold coating may wear away. The permanence of metallic finishes are always questionable. If unsure, it is better to test a few beads with chlorine bleach, alcohol, or acetone.**
